He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Escuela Militar de Ingenieria (2005), master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Campinas (2012) and applicant of the PhD in Computer Science (2016). Representative for the IEEE Computer Society Latin America and the Caribbean. Researcher selected for the First Meeting of Bolivians Researchers living abroad. He has experience in Computer Science with emphasis in Information Systems Security, especially in the area of analysis of vulnerabilities, defense against malicious code and Web Services security.
