I am the Executive Director of Transparency International (TI) Cambodia. A founder of the organisation, I have been integral to the development of the policy framework, strategic plan as well as the fund raising aspects for the organization. I had also served as the Regional Coordinator of the UNCAC Coalition (United Nations Convention Against Corruption) in the Asia Pacific region from June 2012 to September 2014.

Having worked with several international organizations and development agencies over 19 years, I bring with me extensive experiences and knowledge on the topics of governance, social accountability and anti-corruption. I used to serve as a Program Advisor at the World Bank in Phnom Penh; as a Senior Program Manager at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), Cambodia; as well as working for the European Election Mission to Cambodia.

I hold a Postgraduate Degree in International Election Observations and Electoral Assistance from University of the Pasque Country, Spain; a Master’s degree in Political Science from Cambodia University; a Diploma in English from the Australian Center for Education; a Certificate from The Global Leadership Centre of OHIO University, USA; a Professional Certificate in International Anti-Corruption from the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies, UK; and Governance and Social Accountability Certificate from Ateneo School of Government, The Philippines. I was a certified trainer of the Oxford Centre for Leadership, UK specialising in Communications.
I was also appointed as Ambassador for Peace of the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), in June 2010.
