Josie Brocca is organizing a meeting of Ministers on the digital economy taking place in Cancún, Mexico June 21-23, 2016. In this role she provides oversight on logistical aspects, communications and the Ministerial outcomes. Prior to joining the OECD, Ms. Brocca worked for the Government of Canada’s Department of Industry for 14 years. She specialized in digital technology adoption policy development including designing the Digital Technology Adoption Pilot Program. In her last role as Director, Digital Policy and Analysis she was responsible for developing Canada's digital economy strategy, Digital Canada 150 and administering the Computers for Schools, the Technical Work Experience and the Youth Internships at community access sites programs.
