Jesse Sowell is the Vice-Chair of Growth and Development and Special Advisor to the Chair at the Malware, Mobile, and Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG). Jesse is also Postdoctoral Cybersecurity Fellow at Stanford's Center for International Security and Cooperation. I'm at IGF to discuss M3AAWG's efforts to develop anti-abuse communities outside North America and Europe. I am also working on issues around ensuring effective communication and engagement between operational cybersecurity efforts in the private sector and government actors responsible for law enforcement and safety.
