Hafedh Yahmadi is an ICT strategist with 23 years of experience in Telecommunication and IT business (USA, Europe, and MENA). He holds an MBA from KGSM of Southern California University (2003) and a Senior ICT Engineering degree from ENSI, TN (1991). He is a Member of the Arab MAG on Internet Governance, board's member of the Internet Legislation Atlas (Hivos, IGMENA), and Member of the ISOC. Mr. Yahmadi has a strong passion on the potential of ICT in the emerging markets and the importance of diversity and inclusion in the internet governance design. He held many ICT positions in Europe, USA and ME with Int. Corporations (Alcatel, Lucent & Microsoft) where he has overseen and contributed to several research projects on Telecommunication protocols and networking platforms. He is a Microsoft former Director of innovation and technology (2007-20013) in MEA with a strong background on the Middle East local software economy programs. Mr. Hafedh Yahmadi main focus is on IG implementation issues, policy analysis and advocacy, he is teaching ICT standards for project management and Organizational change management in the Tunisia Universities.
