I’m David Santiváñez from Lima, Perú. I’m attorney specialed in Digital Law, Legal Cybersecurity, Videogames Law & e-sport, and Internet Governance.

My profesional objetives are PROMOTE deeper research on issues related to Digital Law and the Internet Governance, seeking the grater participation in the Process of Internet Policy Development and the Cybersecurity field; TRAINING on topics such as IPv6, DNS, eGoV, the Legal Aspects on Internet, the fight against Malware, Computer forensics, the Web Security, among others; and Exchange information with other industry professionals and internet environment with similar interests; and PARTICIPATE in several forums and working groups, which will allow me to acquire knowledge and return the same in the training of different professionals, looking the management of new actors who care more in this complicated field and common issues, and also inserting with more strenght to the University Community and its Investigative Environment in the Internet Policy Development Process.
