Founded in 2003, the Center for Technology and Society (CTS) at FGV studies the legal, social and cultural implications resulting from the advancement of information and communication technologies. CTS produces academic research and policy papers aimed at impact the development of public policies, promoting democracy, fundamental rights and the preservation of the public interest.
